How it Works
1. User Authentication
Employees authenticate using PIN, RFID card, barcode, QR code, Active Directory credentials or biometric authentication.
2. Automated Device Issue
The system automatically releases an authorised scanner or handheld device while recording the user, time, date and device information.
3. Device Usage
The scanner is used throughout the shift while remaining assigned to the user within the management platform.
4. Secure Return & Charging
At the end of the shift, the device is returned to its designated compartment where charging automatically begins.
5. Reporting & Analytics
Managers can instantly monitor scanner availability, device utilisation, charging status, overdue assets and user activity through a centralised web-based dashboard.
