How it Works
1. User Authentication
Users authenticate using PIN, RFID card, or barcode.
2. Device Collection
The system automatically releases an available laptop based on user permissions and business rules.
3. Loan Tracking
The device is assigned to the user and the transaction is automatically logged within the management platform.
4. Device Return
Users simply return the laptop to an available compartment. Optional charge verification confirms the correct device has been returned and connected for charging.
5. Automated Reporting
Administrators gain real-time visibility of loans, returns, overdue devices, utilisation rates and device availability through a centralised dashboard.
