How it Works
1. User Authentication
The employee authenticates using PIN, card, QR code, Active Directory credentials or SSO and accesses the Break-Fix support kiosk.
2. Live IT Support
Users can instantly connect with their IT support team through integrated communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams or Zoom.
3. Faulty Device Return
If a replacement is required, the user deposits their faulty device into a designated locker compartment.
4. Instant Replacement Device
Once the return is verified, the system automatically releases a pre-configured replacement device.
Employees can collect fully charged, ready-to-use equipment within minutes, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum productivity.
5. Automated Ticket Creation
Simultaneously, the system can automatically create or update incidents within ServiceNow, Halo, Jira, BMC or other ITSM platforms.
6. Repair Workflow & Asset Tracking
The returned device enters the repair workflow, where IT teams can track progress, manage repairs and maintain full asset history through the locker management platform.
