Users authenticate using their chosen access method, such as PIN, access card, warrant card, fingerprint or corporate directory credentials.
The system automatically releases an authorised radio from an available compartment. Device assignment, user details and timestamps are recorded instantly.
The radio is used operationally throughout the shift. Optional RFID technology maintains visibility of asset location and status.
Upon return, the user places the radio back into the designated compartment. The system verifies the return, updates the audit trail and begins charging automatically.
Managers can monitor locker usage, device availability, overdue assets, charging status and user activity through a web-based management platform.
